I’m in the Abbotsford area working, staying in a hotel and having no time to cook after work and going to the gym training. Eating out daily isn’t healthy for me and gets expensive. Was referred to Meals A Weight for meal prep.Picked up my meals, for 7 day’s breakfast, lunch and dinner, on Monday and had my first 3 meals on Tuesday.I am totally impressed and satisfied beyond, Getting the macros and portions down for me is important. I am definitely re-ordering for next week because of how convenient it is and the price is very reasonable.

I was referred to Meals a Weight by a Personal Trainer who said this had worked for her clients focusing on weight loss. I am a self employed single Mom. I have struggled to make healthy meals for myself that fit within my weight loss goals and also cook for my kids who have different dietary requirements. Meals A Weight has truly come to my rescue! Not only are the foods delicious, but it's wonderful to have variety and now that I am in the groove, I do not feel deprived. There is variety provided to me every week and I can't wait to see what I get. Everything is within my required macros and I am achieving my goals at a reasonable pace. This meal service is so good! Makes eating in a healthy way so simple-and enjoyable! I love their food so much, that when I occasionally take a week off, to cook for myself and my husband, I miss their meals! Great variety, I've never been disappointed with a single meal. Highly recommend!! xo

Huge variety of meals. This meal prep company has helped me to lose 55lb as of now with ease. Ellie has been extremely helpful in changing my plan to fit my needs based on my fitness coaches wishes.
