Claudia is amazing! She's so friendly and approachable, and it's so easy to talk to her. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is also great at explaining concepts to her patients in ways that make it easier to grasp and remember. I left the clinic feeling more confident and well-equipped to eat better. I highly recommend Claudia!

Claudia is a fantastic person to talk to who made me feel very comfortable right away. She is extremely knowledgable in nutrition science and was able to break down concepts for me so that I could understand better. She gave me some great ideas and tips to get back on track with my nutrition intake and I would definitely recommend her for any nutritional/diet guidance. Claudia is a wonderful lady. She spent time with me to gave me lots of positive notes to think, she was detailed in her explanation and made sure I understood correctly. I would highly recommend to consult with her if you are having any problems with health, gut and diet.

Dr. Claudia was great, very realistic with her suggestions and very helpful with giving me context to support by inflammatory bowel disease. She was very based in science and very easy to chat with. Would certainly call her again to discuss more if other issues come up.

It was a very insightful and life changing meeting with Claudia. I had lot of things confirmed about my IBS issues and what causes many of my symptoms. But also learned a lot of new things about what can I do control my condition. I'm only 10 days into my dietary changes and I'm ecstatic to say the difference has been amazing. It's something else to feel well again and not have to sleep on the couch due to...ahem..gaseous issues. I highly recommend True Health Nutrition and look forward to working with Claudia more. It's really been life changing.
